Leadership Council Membership Guidelines
Leadership Council members are staff leaders in your division/school. They would typically be staff who:
- are Managers/Directors/etc.
- oversee a functional area
- are critical decision-makers in your division/school
- represent your division/school/dept in broader campus circles
The Leadership Council membership roster will be reviewed annually. Each fall, the LCPC will email the roster to executive leadership to review and update as necessary. Questions about the LC membership roster should be directed to your executive leader.
