Provide Climate Feedback

Submissions are anonymous unless you would like to be contacted to discuss further.
We want to hear from you!

Please submit your feedback and suggestions on campus climate issues. You may also let us know about a situation you have experienced if you simply want us to track it. Often, we may not be able to mitigate the specific incident, but it will help to inform us about education, policies, or procedures that need be examined on the campus.

The submissions are read by the Director of Campus Climate and may be referred to others if action can be taken, or is mandated by policy or law or for informational purposes.

The campus provides confidential resources (Office of Ombuds Services, CARE Office, Counseling and Psychological Services and Employment Assistance Program) which can be found by clicking here .

If you would like to submit a formal complaint please click here for those resources (i.e., whistleblower hotline, discrimination office, student conduct, Academic Personnel and Human Resources).

We look forward to hearing from you.
