Attendance Request Form

Please use the Attendance Request Form for any requests for the chancellor to participate in an event or meeting. Requestors should plan on providing the Office of the Chancellor as much lead time as possible, but no less than a minimum of two to three weeks. The less notice we receive, the less likely we will be able to accommodate your request into the chancellor's calendar.

Email the Office of the Chancellor (chancellormunoz@ucmerced.edu) to inquire about the chancellor's possible availability on the date in mind.

Once it is determined that the chancellor might be available, complete the Attendance Request Form, have it signed on by your vice chancellor, dean or the dean of students (as appropriate) and submit it via email to (chancellormunoz@ucmerced.edu).

The Office of the Chancellor staff will review the request and seek the chancellor's approval.

You will be notified of the status of your request.
